Booking Policy

All appointments should be requested in advance so we can confirm availability, service details, location, and timing. A booking is not fully confirmed until Ali Pais Spa and Mobile Services has responded and agreed to the appointment details.

When booking, please provide your preferred treatment, date, time, contact information, and appointment location. For mobile appointments, please also include any access details such as gate codes, hotel/villa name, parking information, or special directions.

Some appointments, private bookings, group bookings, or travel appointments may require a deposit or advance confirmation. If a deposit is needed, the amount and payment instructions will be shared before the appointment is finalized.

Rescheduling Policy

Ali Pais Spa and Mobile Services offers mobile spa appointments for homes, hotels, villas, and private spaces. Service areas may include Ocho Rios, St. Ann, St. Mary, Trelawny, Montego Bay, Portland, and nearby areas based on availability.

For appointments outside the main service area, additional travel or transportation fees may apply. These details will be discussed before the booking is confirmed.

To help us arrive on time, please provide the correct location, contact number, access instructions, and any important details about parking, security, or property entry.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed based on the type of booking, notice given, and appointment details. If a deposit or payment is required to secure a booking, the refund terms should be confirmed before payment is made.
